An important Mandurah service provider has celebrated its 25-year anniversary and acknowledged the selfless work of specific individuals.
Diversity South, a dynamic provider of disability supports across the Peel region, held its annual general meeting at the Mandurah Bowling Club on October 30.
Former Mandurah mayor Paddi Creevey was the guest speaker and presented award winners with their accolades.
Troy O'Callaghan was awarded Individual of the Year, while Vinish Payyappilly was named Support Worker of the Year.
Certificates were also awarded to Barbara Lynn, who has made her home with Diversity South for the past 25 years, and the longest-serving staff member Linda Craig.
About 80 people attended the function.
