Rockingham held tightly to their spot on top of the PFNL ladder with a crushing 19.22 (136) to 3.4 (22) win over Waroona at Anniversary Park on Sunday.
Luke Dowling and Ben Otto snared five goals apiece while Braden Piggot put in a best afield performance in the victory.
The Rams landed a staggering first blow when they booted six goals to Waroona's zip in the opening term.
Both Piggot and Steve Kenny were dominant as the home side built up their lead, and by quarter time the Rams held a 41-point buffer.
Solid efforts from Demons Mitchell Dawson and Mat Thomas (who booted all three of Waroona's goals) helped stem the flow in the second, but Rockingham still managed to pile on a further 10 points to their lead by half time before kicking up again in the third.
The Rams were dominant coming out of half time, keeping Waroona scoreless in the following quarter while piling up another four goals.
Heading into the fourth they held an 81-point lead, which they extended to a whopping 114 points at the final siren.
The victory is Rockingham's seventh straight, and keeps them atop the ladder on percentage.
They now head into a first-versus-third showdown against Pinjarra, which looms as likely to have a big say on finals positions.
Meanwhile Waroona will look to haul themselves off the bottom of the ladder as they clash with South Mandurah.
