Mandurah police are asking for help to identify a man who can assist with a criminal damage offence in Smart Street Mall on Sunday morning.
Local police have increased patrols within the mall and surrounding areas as part of Operation Sky Kite 3, initiated in response to a spate of anti-social behaviour.
