Mandurah police have released footage of a suspect after four local businesses were burgled recently, including a café, clothing store and a tyre shop.
The incidents happened between 12.30am and 7am on Wednesday, July 31.
The video shows a suspect walking near Bridgestone Select Tyre and Auto about 4.10am.
A café on Mandurah Terrace and an unidentified shop on Pinjarra Road were also targetted.
About 3am, a hooded offender broke into Rivers on Sholl Street and fled with a substantial amount of items.
A Police Media spokeswoman said in each incident, the offenders have smashed a window or door to gain entry and have stolen various items.
Pinjarra police are also investigating a series of burglaries on commercial premises along George Street over the weekend.
Pinjarra Police Acting Senior Sergeant Neville Palmer said four businesses were targeted between midnight and 7am on Saturday morning.
