Pinjarra claimed the biggest win of its 2019 campaign as a quick start led them to a booming 96-point drubbing over Waroona on Sunday afternoon.
Five goals from Harley Divitini and a third straight best afield performance from Robert Bird bolstered the Tigers as they came away with the 3.7 (25) to 18.13 (121) victory at Parnell Street Oval.
The visiting side had the hot hand early blasting out eight goals to Waroona's one in the opening term.
By quarter time they led by 43 points, carrying over the outstanding form that saw them claim a 10-goal win over Centrals the week prior.
Outstanding efforts from Bird, Brock O'Brien and Lloyd Beever helped further solidify their buffer stretching the margin out to 57 by the long break.
The Demons received strong performances from Brayden Harris and Zac Moody and managed to snare their third goal in the third term, but a further three to Pinjarra saw the deficit sitting at 70 points by the final break.
But despite the healthy lead, the Tigers refused to take their foot off the pedal in the fourth term.
They slotted a further five goals to zip in the last quarter, wrapping up a huge win that keeps Pinjarra level with both Rockingham and Baldivis as all three share 12-3 records atop the table.
The Tigers remain in third on percentage, and will head into a clash with South Mandurah at Sir Ross McLarty Oval this coming weekend.
Meanwhile Waroona will hit the road as they take on the league-leading Rams.
