Baldivis returned to the winners list when they cruised past Halls Head to claim a 12.12 (84) to 3.4 (22) win on Saturday.
A week removed from their first loss in months, it didn't take the Brumbies long to find their rhythm again as four goals from Blaine Johnson and a cracking performance from Aden Field spurred them to the victory.
The home side was off to a solid start booting three goals in the opening term, but Halls Head pegged one back as they stayed within reach at quarter time.
But a blistering second quarter from the Brumbies blew the game wide open, as they piled up a further five goals to the Lightning's none to break away to a 44-point lead at the main break.
Strong efforts from Travis Sexton and Jared Middleton allowed Halls Head to almost level the contest from half time, but the damage on the scoreboard had been done.
Baldivis stretched their lead by a goal in the third quarter with strong efforts from Field and Lachlan Mitchell, before doing the same again in the fourth to round out a powerful 10-goal win.
The victory keeps the Brumbies in second place on the ladder, with a sizable percentage advantage over Pinjarra.
They will now look to topple the Mandurah Mustangs in round 16, while Halls Head search for a win over Centrals.
