Police are calling for witnesses of a fatal car crash in Wagerup this morning.
The crash happened about 6.30am today at the junction of South West Highway and Willowdale Road.
Police allege a silver coloured Toyota Echo was attempting to turn right from South West Highway onto Willowdale Road, before being struck by a grey Mazda BT50 travelling along South West Highway.
The 40-year-old male driver of the Toyota Echo died as a result of his injuries.
The 17-year-old male driver of the Mazda received minor injuries.
Police would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash, or either vehicle prior to the crash, particularly anyone who was in the area and has dashcam vision.
