An impeccable first half and some huge days in front of goal from Tyler Sutton and Luke Dowling buoyed Rockingham to a huge win over Waroona at Anniversary Park on Saturday.
The Rams posted the first 16 goals of the day in a powerhouse first half for the top-three side, guiding them to a 22.14 (146) to 5.9 (39) victory.
Sutton (seven goals) and Dowling (six) combined for 13 majors between them, including the first two of the game as they got motoring early.
The former would go on the bag a second in the first term, while teammates Brody Dalgetty, Damon Cramer and Kyle Donaldson all recorded goals to see Rockingham lead by a whopping 55 points at the end of the first term.
Dowling jailed a further three in the second term as the Rams kept their locomotive rolling, and by half time their buffer was out to a shocking 95 points with Waroona yet to score a major through the first two quarters.
That drought broke early in the third term though, with Bailey Taylor, Shane Hunter and Rocky Caruso snaring three straight goals for the visitors as the Demons conjured a small response.
Waroona went on to win the third quarter but only trimmed the lead down to 90 as Rockingham's intensity eased off.
Theo Kearing and Phil Walshaw both bagged goals for the Demons in the final term but the Rams booted the final four for the day to secure a 107-point victory.
Brad Walsh was a star for the Rams, while Travis Naughton was among their best in his second game for the season.
The Rams will look to carry momentum into their clash with Pinjarra following the bye week, while Waroona attempts to bounce back against Halls Head.
