The Mandurah Seniors and Community Centre most-recent concert was a big hit with attendees earlier this month.
For one-and-a-half hours, The Two Tones members Lyn and Bruce performed big hits from the 60s and 70s including Abba and Olivia Newton John songs.
The audience enjoyed being taken back a number of decades and dancing to the many musical numbers.
It was an enjoyable day for everyone who attended the concert.
The Mandurah Seniors and Community Centre pride themselves on catering well for groups and clients.
Thank you to the volunteers and staff for providing such an excellent social occasion.
A big thank you to the audiences from across the Peel region for bringing their friends and family members.
It was a very lucky day for People Who Care attendees who amazingly won the four door prizes.
Several groups from within the Peel region attended the concert, including the People Who Care, who have supported a number of local concerts over the years.
The not-for-profit organisation, established in 1980, has a vision is to inspire people within the community to build wellbeing.
The individual group and social support they provide is outstanding for their clients.
A great deal of preparation and personalised help is provided, in order for the organisation's clients to be able to attend events or outings, like the concert.
There are several events coming up at the centre including a Christmas in July lunch on July 3.
The next concert in the main hall will be in August and is sure to be well attended.
