Mandurah Police are appealing to the public for any information following a break-in at a Chinese restaurant in Greenfields.
In the early hours of Saturday, June 8, offenders smashed a front window at Mr Bun in the Murdoch Drive Shopping Centre, according to police.
Mandurah Police Acting Senior Sergeant Anthony Nemeth said the offenders had caused damage to force entry but left empty-handed.
"It appears they have broken in and had a look to see if there was anything to steal," he said.
"There wasn't because the owner is switched on with their security and they've left without taking anything but they have damaged the window."

Senior Sergeant Nemeth said local officers currently did not have any strong leads.
"Our investigation unfortunately hasn't led to any lines of inquiry for us," he said.
"We are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to make contact."
The Mandurah Mail has recently reported on the consistent crime committed against businesses at the Murdoch Drive Shopping Centre, with a number of retailers admitting they were struggling to stay afloat due to burglary costs.
