Mandurah's southern suburbs have been given a taste of what the new Falcon Skate Park will look like after city councillors endorsed concept designs for the development.
A large bowl, fly out ramp and shaded seating are just a handful of elements that have been outlined in the conceptual and detailed plans.
The designs were produced after public comment was received at several community consultation sessions.

On top of officially approving the designs, councillors also endorsed the final Falcon Reserve Activation Plan.
The plan has incorporated various projects, including creating changing facilities to cater for the growth of female sports participation and the provision of netball facilities for the Peel Netball and Football League.
The activation plan will now act as the guiding document to the delivery of capital upgrades at Falcon Reserve.
Councillors also noted a request for $620,000 for the delivery of stage one of the district play space in the 2019/20 draft capital budget.
Further stages of the plan will require consideration as part of the City of Mandurah's annual budget process.
At an official meeting on April 30, the motion was unanimously supported after Town Ward counillor Dave Schumacher moved several matters, which were then seconded by Coastal Ward councillors Tahlia Jones.
