Mandurah Detectives have charged one man and refused his bail, after a brawl was captured on camera involving more than 30 juveniles, including school children, at a Secret Harbour shopping centre.
Police are investigating the fight which happened about 4pm on Tuesday, outside the Woolworths shopping centre in the Secret Harbour Square.
Three people were injured and treated at the Peel Health Campus.
The Mandurah Mail recently interviewed a Secret Harbour Square security guard, who said anti-social behaviour at shopping centres had gotten "out of control".
Secret Harbour shopping centre security guard Robert Peatling had said he felt "defenceless" and had "no power" when dealing with a large group of juveniles.
Mandurah Detective Senior Sergeant Trevor Troy said a 21-year-old Warnbro man was charged on Wednesday for "riotous behaviour" and his bail has been refused.
He has been charged with assaulting a public officer, obstructing public officers and taking part in a riot.
The man is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court today.
A 14-year-old Secret Harbour boy will be referred to the juvenile justice team.
I'd expect we will be talking to as many as 25 to 30 individuals over the coming days and working with the centre to issue barring notices.

Senior Sergeant Troy said 12 officers were investigating the incident and looking to charge the "ringleaders", who had been identified.
"I'd expect we will be talking to as many as 25 to 30 individuals over the coming days and working with the centre to issue barring notices," he said.
The Mandurah Mail understands some of the offenders had barring notices from the centre prior to the brawl.
Mandurah Police Senior Sergeant Darren Hart said these kind of incidents were not isolated to the Mandurah District.
The sort of behaviour we saw in Secret Harbour is well beyond what anybody would call acceptable.

"There is a degree of anti-social behaviour around where people gather, including shopping centres, spread across state and country," he said.
"The sort of behaviour we saw in Secret Harbour is well beyond what anybody would call acceptable.
"We work closely with some of the shopping centre to assist in keeping out those people who continue to behave in a way that is not acceptable.
Senior Sergeant Hart said there were children involved from nearby schools, but their degree of involvement was being investigated.
"The main instigators were beyond school age," he said.
"There were a wide range of ages involved. It's important to remember the people involved in this behaviour are a minority."
Detectives are urging anyone who saw the fight, or who has vision of the incident to come forward and contact them.
