Mandurah Detectives are investigating an incident that occurred around 4pm on Tuesday, April 30 at the Secret Harbour Square, located on Secret Harbour Boulevard.
About 4.05pm, police attended the shopping centre and located more than 30 youths, both males and females, involved in a brawl outside Woolworths.
The fight occurred in close proximity to members of the public, including young children.
Police believe this was a planned confrontation between several youths whereby other youths have decided to accompany them.
During the incident three people were injured and treated at the Peel Health Campus.
A 52-year-old man, who went to the assistance of a security guard, received swelling and bruising to his eye and soreness to the back of his head and neck.
A police officer received bruising to his cheek and another police officer received bruising to his ribs.
A 21-year-old man from Warnbro is currently assisting police with their inquiries.
