This weekend, the Harvey Agricultural Society will celebrate 100 years of joy and wonder.
Held at the Harvey Recreation Ground on Saturday, April 27, the 100th Harvey Agricultural Show will bring people together from all over the region.
Harvey Agricultural Society promotions officer Coralee Italiano said the show would pay tribute to the town's history.
"We're encouraging people to come to Harvey for the day - there will be heaps of things for people to see and do," she said.

"It's a very significant event for the community; it was originally set-up for community members to display their produce.
"The show brings our hard-working communities together and celebrates all of them.
"It's a great chance for people in the community to meet up; it really brings a lot of people together."
John Lowe - son of Jack Lowe, the first Harvey Agricultural Society president - will officially kick off this year's event.
Beginning at 9am, the show will feature a variety of market stalls, showbags, presentations, performers, food stalls, animals, and family-friendly activities.
The region's best woodchoppers, show jumpers, sheep shearers, artists, and chefs will entertain show-goers of all ages. A historical display will also be held at the Old Town Hall.
The show will draw to a close with the Alcoa Family Fireworks.
