Baldivis won't find themselves short of weapons in the forward half this Peel Football and Netball League season, with Ben Higgs and Blaine Johnson set for another year with the Brumbies after signing on for 2019.
The ex-WAFL duo first donned Brumbies jerseys in the second half of the 2018 season, with Higgs joining the club from Claremont before Johnson became one of the league's premier signings coming in after a stellar stint at South Fremantle.

Together, they booted a combined 67 goals from 18 matches, with Higgs snaring 39 from his nine games while Johnson went for 28 from his seven.
Now the Brumbies enter the new season with the luxury of having the pair together from round one, a prospect that excites coach Craig Hamersley.
"Having two quality guys like that in your forward line, both capable of kicking bags of goals, is a huge asset in this league," he said.
"We're really happy both of them have decided to come back. It's going to be interesting to see what they can do with a full season ahead of them."
The duo's commitment to the Brumbies helps ease the loss of star forwards Eddy Dann and Brieghton Shea, who have both departed the club bound for the Perth Football League, while defender Dan Griffin has also left the herd.
Dann, a Ross Elliott Medalist with Rockingham in 2013, leaves a huge hole in his wake, but Hamersley remains optimistic the team will cover the loss.
"Obviously guys like Eddy, Griff and Brieghton have done a lot for our footy club and we're sorry to see them go, but we wish them the best moving forward," he said.
"It leaves us with some work to do but we can roll guys like Callum Black forward and we have other options, so we're confident we'll be okay."
The Brumbies enter the season burning to do better than their straight sets exit in the 2018 finals.
Baldivis won their first eight games in 2018, but faded toward the end of the year and were promptly ousted from the finals with losses to Centrals and Rockingham.
"We haven't really touched on [the finals exit] and it's not something we'll use as motivation, but no doubt our senior guys were very unhappy with how the year ended," Hamersley said.
"We've worked on being more invested a lot this pre-season and I really think that's starting to show."
Emmanuel Collard, Aden Field and Brendan Tingey will keep the Brumbies' midfield in the top tier of the league, while youngster James Russell could be one to watch.
Baldivis opens their season against South Mandurah on Saturday, April 6.
