A disastrous collapse from Baldivis saw Waroona book their spot in the Peel Cricket Association's big dance with a semi final win on Saturday.
The reigning champions won their way to a week off and a grand final berth thanks to Mitchell Smith spearheading the nightmare for the minor premiers.
The Waroona bowler destroyed Baldivis' batting order on his way to a stunning 5/9 from his 10-over spell, which included four maidens as he restricted the run rate while decimating the line-up.
It was Ben Wright who struck first when he snared the wicket of Wesley Steele for just three runs, before Smith claimed the next three dismissing Darren Solomon (0), Dylan Gray (13) and Cameron Reyne (4) to leave Baldivis whimpering at 4/23.

He struck again to oust Stefan Botha (0) and Greg Roos (6), before Keren Ugle cleaned up the tail end on his way to an impressive 3/20 with the ball.
The outstanding bowling left Baldivis to defend a mere 59 runs, a feat that proved impossible with Waroona looking to cruise into a grand final berth.
But the task looked manageable when Warriors opener Jayden Derosa was sent packing for a duck, leaving his side at 1/5.
Bevan Bennell's dismissal then had the team sitting at 2/12, giving Baldivis dreams of a miracle.
But it wasn't to be as Nic Rep notched an unbeaten 30 runs to power his side to a victory in just 18 overs, with a 10-run contribution from Wright doing enough to help the cause.
Stefan Botha was the pick of the Baldivis bowlers, notching 2/8 from his three-over spell before the visitor's chased down the required target.
The win sees Waroona through to their third consecutive grand final appearance, with the reigning premiers set to enjoy a week off before they hit the turf looking for back-to-back flags.
Meanwhile Baldivis, who took out the minor premiership with a stunning regular season run, will be looking to recapture the form that saw them tally 14 wins for the year when they square off against Singleton this coming weekend.
Waroona has squared off with Singleton in the previous two Peel Cricket Association grand finals, and the two sides could make it three on the trot should the Irwinians topple Baldivis in the preliminary round.
The White Knights will look to likely suspects Botha, Roos, Steele and Reyne as they aim to bounce back, with a potential win setting up a rematch with Waroona in the grand final.
