A Mandurah air-conditioning company has won a prestigious state award for provide exceptional service to clients in the building and construction industry.
Ford & Doonan Mandurah claimed a Customer Service Award at the recent 2019 Master Builders Association Housing Excellence Awards.
The local company also won the same award in 2018, as well as the Housing Industry Association Customer Service Award in 2017 and MBA Customer Service South West Region award in 2017.
Ford & Doonan Mandurah owner and operator Cameron Yates said in a highly competitive market it is important his company offer high levels of service and look to differentiate themselves.
"Like many businesses we are adapting to the changes in the market and the way in which our customers’ needs are met," he said.
"With a growing trend of digital online inquiry, we have had to adapt to meet our customers' expectation of almost-instant information, whilst being sure not to overlook their specific needs.
