Premier Mark McGowan was on hand to officially open Mandurah Nissan’s new-look facilities last Thursday.
Renovations at the dealership has resulted in comfortable customer and service lounges, dedicated vehicle delivery bays in the showroom, and a range of premium consultation spaces.
The Mandurah centre is also the first Nissan dealership in Western Australia to be EV-ready ahead of the mid-year arrival of the new generation Nissan LEAF.
Mandurah Nissan dealer principal Greg Ross said the local business had been servicing the community for almost 25 years.
“Mandurah Nissan is firmly focused on delivering the best possible service to the local community,” he said.
“We have exceptional sales staff, highly trained technicians who have a thorough understanding of every Nissan, and state-of-the-art facilities that make the Nissan experience an enjoyable one the minute a customer enters the dealership.”
Nissan Australia managing director Stephen Lester was also present at the opening and praised the Mandurah dealership.
“(Owner) Colin (Lane), Greg and the team have been providing buyers in the Mandurah area with outstanding service for a very long time,” he said
“The new facilities are very impressive, and we hope this will make the purchase experience an even better one for Nissan buyers.”
Mr McGowan said it was a pleasure to officially open the redeveloped Nissan Mandurah dealership.
“This is not your ordinary car dealership; Nissan Mandurah handles the cars of the future including electric vehicles," he said.
“It takes early adopters and companies like Nissan Mandurah to make that future a reality.
“I’m pleased Nissan chose to invest in their Mandurah dealership − the redevelopment, undertaken by a local company, created local jobs and signifies the confidence industry has in the Peel region.”
Mandurah Nissan is located at 53 Pinjarra Road.
