Mandurah Police have asked for witnesses and the victim of a teenage assault to contact police after a sickening video has circulated on social media.
The video, posted on Sunday morning, shows a young boy being bullied, chased and assaulted by teenagers in Mandurah, before they stole his shoes.
One of the perpetrators punches the victim forcibly twice.
Mandurah Police Senior Sergeant Darren Hart said the incident was not reported to police, but officers were investigating the matter.
“We have identified and spoke with most of the teenagers in the video, but are yet to speak with the victim,” he said.
“We are keen to hear from the victim or anyone with information.”
