The Mandurah State Emergency Services (SES) has celebrated the hard work of volunteers and staff members at its annual awards night.
Mandurah SES spokeswoman Bec Burns said the night was a chance to recognise the hard work by members.
“Every year over 15 awards get given out to members of the Mandurah SES who have worked hard throughout the year in the unit and made a continuous effort,” she said.

Ms Burns said they were pleased to welcome Pat Port as a new life member, who has dedicated more than 20 years of her time to the unit.
“Pat is a wonderful member contributing to the operations and communications sections, the welfare section and behind the scenes work,” she said.
The noteworthy National Service Medals were presented to Lisa Busuttil, for 15 years and Tania Millar for ten years.
