A much-loved Christmas tradition for more than four decades, each year the pageant allows various organisations and businesses to display floats along Mandurah Terrace from 6pm.
People are encouraged to hang around after the parade as from 7pm there will be live stage entertainment, interactive nativity scene and workshops.
At 7.30pm, families can enjoy Santa’s Grotto and from 8.30pm fireworks will be on show.
This year the City of Mandurah has teamed up with children’s charity Variety WA to help collect gifts for families doing it tough at this time of year.
If you would like to help out, please bring along a gift for a child under the age of 12 years old to the value of $20 and place it in Santa’s sleigh, which will be located on the eastern foreshore during the Christmas pageant.
