A 19-year-old South Yunderup man has pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving under the influence of alcohol after five people were injured in a Ravenswood crash in May this year.
Reif Troy Wilson pleaded not guilty in the Mandurah Magistrates Court to all charges, including two charges of driving causing bodily harm in circumstances of aggravation including alcohol, and three charges of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm under the influence of alcohol.
Police prosecutor Tamara Read told the court the “serious” incident happened on May 13, 2018 in Ravenswood.
Mr Wilson’s bail was extended and he is due to reappear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on January 29.
