A day after an Albany bodyboarder was bitten on the leg at the Wedge surf break off Pyramids Beach, a shark has sighted off Dawesville’s coastline.
About 5pm on Monday, the unknown species of shark was sighted 15 metres off Melros Beach.
Surf Life Saving WA issued a warning to people in the area after receiving the public report on Monday afternoon.

Noah Symmans had to be airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
