Mandurah Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of missing 46-year-old Silver Sands woman Leila Juliet Khan.
She has not been heard from since Wednesday, October 21 and concerns are held for her welfare as she requires daily medication.
Ms Khan is described as fair skinned with a medium build, approximately 154cms tall, with green eyes and long brown hair.
She is driving a silver 2005 model Honda hatchback, registration number 1DMN940, and could be in the Perth or Mosman Park area.
Anyone who sees Ms Khan or her vehicle, or has any information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
