Hundreds of music fans gathered throughout the evening to check out the Musical Fruit outdoor concert on Friday night.
The gig was a tasty treat for audiences as part of the entertainment lineup for the 2018 Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games.
Back for it’s fourth consecutive year, Musical Fruit aims to to showcase 100 per cent local and original music and home-grown talent.
This year’s sweet and juicy lineup was headlined by The Milkmen and Indigo.
Six other talented artists rounded out the entertainment for the night including Ashlea Reale & the Outlaws, Lightning Jack, Nate Lansdell, Navana Funnell, Jake Hatch and Jacob Pihema.
Folk rockers The Milkmen were a hit with audiences up on their feet enjoying the Mumford and Sons sound of the local band.
Indie-pop rockers Indigo finished the night strong with a mix of their own original hits and covers of fan favourites, including Mr Brightside.
