A Mandurah holiday-maker has been fined after "waving his penis around" and masturbating on a hotel balcony in front of witnesses including a child.
Clarkson man Mark Andrew Meyers, 53, pleaded guilty in the Mandurah Magistrates Court to masturbating and “waving his penis around” in the nude, at Seashells Resort.
Police prosecutor Mick Fallows told the court the father-of-two was recorded on a witness’s mobile phone from the community car park about 4.40pm on September 21, 2018.

Meyers’ lawyer Simon O’Brien had asked Magistrate Anne Longden if the facts could not be read in court because they were “quite embarrassing” for his client, but she refused.
Mr O’Brien told the court his client had taken codeine tablets and drank Bourbon as pain relief for a cracked tooth before the incident.
He said Meyers was “shocked, horrified and embarrassed” and could not recall the event.
Mr O’Brien said his client was under stress from quitting smoking after 40 years and was having business problems.
He asked Ms Longden for a spent conviction because Meyers had no prior record.
But Ms Longden said there was no reason Meyers should not receive the ordinary consequences.
Meyers was fined $800 with $205.30 costs.
