Back by popular demand, Dr Chris Smith, AKA ‘The Naked Scientist’, will perform two shows in the Peel region on Saturday, October 20.
Dr Smith and his science crew have aimed to make shows science accessible, interesting and understandable to the general population in their everyday, but no less curious, lives.
The Waroona show will present live and explosive demonstrations, stripping science down to its bare essentials to explain and explore scientific concepts.
The Mandurah show will feature a Q&A talk exploring the subjects of health, environment, technology and space.

Dr Smith has won a host of awards for science communications since 2006, with his Naked Scientist show aiming to entertain, inspire and educate.
Peel Bright Minds Program coordinator Charlie Jones said the Peel region can expect something exciting and different with this science show.
“The show will be a wonderful opportunity for lifelong learners to engage with a world-leading expert,” he said.
“We encourage young people especially to attend, be inspired, and bring burning questions for Dr Smith on topics like health, environment and energy, physics, chemistry, technology and anything else that gets your mind sparking.”
The Waroona event is free to attend, while the Mandurah event is $5 plus booking fee. Booking is essential.
