Despite the winter weather, things were heating up at day two of the second annual Everest of Bowls event at Dudley Park Bowling Club on Friday.
Some of Australia’s best bowlers, as well as a number of international stars, hit the green to continue competing for a share in the $100,000 prize pool.

Everest of Bowls is the richest paying singles competition in the country with first place set to take home a generous $50,000 cheque, while there are wealthy rewards for second ($12,000) and third ($10,000).
This year’s event attracted almost 100 competitors including the entire Australian Commonwealth Games men’s team and plenty of local and state talent.
The Everest of Bowls will wrap up on Sunday, October 14.
