Those concerned by the potential impact Thursday’s bus strike could have during the school pick-up period needn't worry, Transperth have advised.
On October 11, industrial action across the Transperth Bus Network caused some disruptions cin the northern and southern suburbs.
The industrial action was undertaken by a number of bus drivers who work for Transperth’s contractor, Transdev.
As the official stop work period between 6-10am has finished, Transperth estimated limited impact on afternoon school services.
Services operated by Path Transit and Swan Transit remain unaffected.
Transperth urged its users to check back before travel as official advice could’ve changed.
The West Australian Department of Education declined to comment on the situation, stating it was a Transperth issue.
