A letter has been sent to parents by the Pinjarra Senior High School principal after a student found a “contaminated strawberry” in their lunch box.
The letter from principal Rob Lawson said WA Police were investigating the incident and the student was not harmed.
In the letter, Mr Lawson said a $200,000 reward was being offered for information which could lead to an arrest, “which is likely to include prison time”.

He said the Department of Health advised to cut strawberries before eating or “placing in your child’s lunch box”.
On Wednesday morning, police said they were investigating 10 incidents of needles being located in strawberries.
Five incidents has been reported to police in Bicton, Darlington, Hocking, Morley, and Rossmoyne.
