A handful of celebrities, sports stars, media professionals and community members have teamed up to encourage Coodanup College students to ask the important question – Are you okay?
Earlier this year, the school sent a request to leaders and influencers, asking them to submit a video ahead of R U OK Day, on September 13.
People who jumped on board to spread the message included AFL star Adam Goodes, WA Premier Mark McGowan and Mandurah MP David Templeman, who wore fancy dress for the occasion.
R U OK Day encourages people to ask colleagues, friends and family if they are feeling okay, to listen, encourage them to seek help and check in with them afterwards.
