The Gang Crime Squad have issued a freezing notice for cash and other assets.
Several motorcycles and a vintage car have also been seized as part of further inquiries.
The man has appeared before the Mandurah Magistrates Court on Thursday and is due to reappear on September 21.
Serious and organised crime squad Detective Superintendent Kim Massam said outlaw motorcycle gangs remain a focus for the WA Police Force as they frequently linked to criminal acts committed in the community.
“This work is ongoing and gang members should be on notice that the Gang Crime Squad will not rest in its efforts to target criminal activity,” Detective Superintendent Massam said.
