After last year’s sell-out success, The Best of British will come back to Mandurah, for an evening of sing-a-long songs and nostalgia.
ICW Productions, behind Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, CATS and The Sound of Music, will present the tribute to the very best of British music.
Adele and Dame Edna Everage will be performed by Dean Misdale, the larger-than-life local talent who recently starred as Killer Queen in the Perth production of We Will Rock You.

He will be joined by comic sopranos and London-born duo Divalicious who will take to the stage with their outstanding voices and antics.
The Perth Lyric Chorale, led by Ashley Arbuckle, and the Perth Highland Pipe Band will also make an appearance.
The show will feature the whimsical songs of Gilbert and Sullivan, the Irish lilt of folk song, popular British sing-a-long pub songs and the drama and excitement of Rule Brittania.
Musical director Ian Westrip said the concert would be an afternoon of nostalgic melodies, “shaken but not stirred”.
“All we need is Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to fly in from a belated honeymoon and join in the festivities,” he said,
A Mandurah Perdorming Arts Centre (MPAC) spokeswoman said the night was not to be missed.
“With Dean singing and chatting as Adele and Divalicious, fresh from a world cruise, with their own brand of operatic and melodic humour, we are in for a special evening,” she said.
“It will be an evening of nostalgic British melody and fun that you will never forget.”
Free flags and programs are included and the audience is encouraged to dress in their best costumes while being transported into a musical memory lane of Great Britain, with a touch of the Aussie thrown in for good measure.
The concert will be performed at MPAC on September 2, at 3pm.
