Perth Scorchers star to pop in as part of Mandurah Sports Expo

Perth Scorchers star Nathan Coulter-Nile will be helping drum up registrations for the Peel Junior Cricket Association’s (PJCA) upcoming season as part of the Mandurah Sports Expo this weekend.

The right-arm fast bowler, who was part of the Scorchers’ inaugural Big Bash League squad, will be popping into the Mandurah Forum from 1-3pm on Saturday as the PJCA’s clubs look to recruit more young boys and girls to their playing ranks.

The South Mandurah and Mandurah junior cricket clubs will be just two of many local grassroots clubs showcasing their sport on the day, with the City of Mandurah initiative hoping to encourage more people to participate in a healthy lifestyle.

Other clubs and associations involved in the day include:

  • Silver Wheels Cycle Club
  • Peel Aquatic Club
  • Mandurah Swimming Club
  • Peel Diamond Sports Association
  • Mandurah Dragon Boat Club
  • Port Bouvard Surf Life Saving Club
  • Mandurah Masters Swimming Club
  • Peel Districts Little Athletics Centre
  • Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club
  • Mandurah BMX Club
  • Orche Sporting Association

The Mandurah Sports Expo will be held at the Mandurah Forum on Saturday, kicking off at 9am and wrapping up at 4pm.
