Hail, rain and strong winds hit Mandurah overnight causing havoc for residents.
Mandurah SES were left to pick up the pieces into the early hours of the morning, responding to call outs throughout the city.
Nine call outs were received in total, mainly due to hail damage to gutters.
Built up hail in gutters at several properties caused cracks in roofs and patios.
SES crews were kept busy for more than an hour covering a roof on a home in Falcon after a crack caused a significant leak.
Wannanup resident Damien Martin said the hail was so heavy at his place, it backed up a valley gutter and eventually broke through his roof.
[The hail] then proceeded to come under the tin roof flooding the ceiling above my kitchen and eventually through my ceiling, he said.
People in need of SES assistance are urged to call 132 500.
