Wet conditions across the Peel region have spelled out trouble for motorists, including one unlucky driver who lost control of a sedan along Forrest Highway on Thursday.
The woman, in her 30s, was in a black Geely MK, travelling up the slip road of the highway from Pinjarra Road when she diverted too far left and fell down an embankment about 1pm.
The car was found, significantly damaged, in thick scrub on the side of the road and had to be pulled out by a tow truck.
The woman escaped the crash uninjured and was taken to Peel Health Campus for a precautionary check up.
