People of all ages gathered at various venues around Mandurah for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in support of the Cancer Council on Thursday.
While sandwiches, cupcakes and a hot beverage don’t seem like much, the national event uses them each year to spark a conversation about the deadly disease.
Our journalist Caitlyn Rintoul had the pleasure of attending events around Mandurah to talk to locals while they enjoyed the day.
Check out our gallery above to see some of her snaps from morning teas held at Ingenia Gardens Ocean Grove, the Dudley Park Bowling Club and Ingenia Gardens Seascapes.
Ingenia Gardens Seascapes were pleased to have raised more than $320 at their event.
