Police hunt for Port Kennedy flasher

Police are on the hunt for a man who flashed a 16-year-old girl in Port Kennedy on Sunday. 

The man has been described by police as 25 to 30 years old, with brown skin, about 165 centimetres in height and of slim build.

About 4.20pm, the girl was walking along the Port Kennedy foreshore near Bayeux Avenue when the man walked towards her and exposed himself.

A short time later, as the girl approached the pathway to Bayeux Avenue she saw the man again.

She then ran away after he approached her and attempted to start a conversation. 

The man was last seen using a public shower on Bayeux Avenue.

Rockingham Police would like to speak to anyone in the area around the time of the incident who may have seen the man, particularly a woman who came to the girl’s aid and who walked with her to the beach carpark.
