A rental truck has caused a traffic delay on Mandurah Terrace, after breaking down on the ramp of the Mandurah Family Resort.
It is understood a resident was moving their furniture into the complex at about 2.30pm on Saturday.
The steep ramp-angle to the apartments caused the truck’s back wheels to lift off the ground.
The truck has now been moved.
