Power, ambition, greed...it is just another day in the office at rehearsals for the Murray Music and Drama (MMD) Club’s May production.
MMD spokeswoman Carole Dhu said How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying was a fun-filled show.
“It’s a delightfully clever lampoon of life on the corporate ladder and pokes fun at big business in the early 1960’s,” she said.

Ms Carole said the tune-filled comedy took Broadway by storm, winning both the Tony Award for Best Musical and a Pulitzer Prize.
“The show boasts an exhilarating score full of sparkling tunes and production numbers,” she said.
The musical follows the rise of a man who uses a handbook to climb the corporate ladder from a lowly window washer, to high powered executive.
Along the way he has to avoid the lurking dangers of getting stuck in the mail room, the boss’s mistress, the office party, backstabbing co-workers, caffeine addiction and, of course, true love.
The show is scheduled for eight performances including 8pm on May 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26, with matinees at 2pm on May 19th and 26th.
At just $20 a ticket, with bar facilities (no BYO) and the option to bring a plate of nibbles, this is a great way to ward of the onset of the winter chills.
