Police are continuing their investigations into the whereabouts of missing Coodanup woman Carole Livesey.
A team of police officers set up a mobile police facility at the Peel Community Kitchen, located on the corner of Gibson and Sutton Streets, on Thursday morning for any members of the public to report any information.
The mobile facility was located at the carpark of the soup kitchen between 9.30am and 1pm.
WA police sergeant Marcel Walsh said Ms Livesey had last been seen at the Peel Community Kitchen around 11.45am on Monday.
She was also sighted at the Rockingham Hospital about 12.15pm on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
He said police had undertaken extensive enquiries and patrols around the CBD, the foreshore and surrounding areas, and had distributed Ms Livesey’s image to local businesses.
He said concerns were held for her mental and physical wellbeing.
Ms Livesey is described as 165-170 cm tall, with a very slim build, brown hair, blue eyes, fair skinned, and wearing a nose ring.
She has an English accent.
She was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and black pants.
She has a distinctive blue coloured cast on her right arm (from shoulder to wrist), set at approximately 30 degrees.
