Police are investigating a crash that happened on Pinjarra Road on Tuesday morning.
The accident happened just after 10am near Randall Street and involved a utility hitting another vehicle, which then rolled.
There were no reports of serious injury, but fire crews were called to clean up an oil spill.
Inquiries are under way.
