Portuguese restaurant Oporto looks for franchisees in Mandurah

Mandurah residents, have you ever dreamed of managing your own Portuguese-inspired chicken eatery?

Perth-based Finn Franchise Brokers are looking for keen business people wanting to open an Oporto restaurant in town.

The 288-square-metre premises are located in a corner site on Dolphin Quay, and feature an open-air bar, indoor seating for a hundred customers and boardwalk seating for another 80.

The Finn Franchise Brokers ad said the restaurant would offer customers “a modern, fresh ‘chilled’ environment serving the range of authentic flame-grilled chicken, delicious burgers and sides as well as boutique beers and light refreshments”.

Franchise founder Antonio Cerqueira opened the first Oporto store in North Bondi in 1986, serving Portuguese-style flame-grilled chicken with chili sauce.

More than 30 years later, the brand owns 150 restaurants across Australia.

People interested in the opportunity can contact Finn Franchise Brokers on 08 9468 5131 or enquirieswa@franchisebrokers.com.au.
