Mandurah’s latest reality television stars have been revealed, with a former Mandurah Mail journalist set to take on the small screen.
Local twins Andrew and Jono King are featuring in a promotional video for Channel 7’s upcoming season of House Rules.
Billed as ‘twin geeks’, the pair will take part in the popular renovation show in a bid to get their mortgage paid off.
While Jono works as a teacher, Andrew spent three years as a reporter at the Mandurah Mail, before leaving in 2016 to work in Perth.
The twins, who are known locally for their amateur comedy acts, applied for the show once before, but were knocked back.
This year they’ve made the cut.
