THE 2015 Margaret River Gourmet Escape was opened in style on Thursday night at the scenic location of Castle Rock.
Celebrity chefs including Marco Pierre White, George Columbaris, Matt Moran, Rick Stein and Adriano Zumbo watched the sunset over the water at the event.
They also enjoyed a welcome to country by Koomal Dreaming’s Josh Whiteland.
Gourmet Escape aims to show off the best food and beverage from across the region with the best chefs from across the world taking advantage of the produce.
