MANDURAH police are seeking information from the public following an incident in Meadow Springs involving a flasher on Thursday.
Officers said two people walking towards Assumtpion Catholic Primary School along a footpath between Dunbar and Oakmont Crescents just before 3pm saw a man approach them.
The man then backed away until the walkers came closer.
The man then pulled his pants down and exposed himself to the people who reported the incident immediately.
The man is described as between 18-23 years old.
He had broad shoulders, short brown hair and was clean shaven.
The man was wearing a grey t-shirt and black track pants as well as black, wide-band sunglasses and a green hat.
He wore no shoes but had on white and red socks.
