MANDURAH will be celebrating Disability Awareness Week from December 1-7.
Disability Awareness Week aims to recognise individuals and groups in the community that have made a contribution and align with the commission’s vision.
This year the City of Mandurah in collaboration with the Disability Services Commission is supporting community organisations to run an inclusive program of events designed to engage the whole community.
The pilot project showcases groups that provide inclusive activities and programs for all ages and abilities, as well as giving people the chance to get involved and meet new people all for free.
