This national, ASX-listed healthcare services business is moving to a decentralised HR model which has created opportunity for a new HR Business Partner based in the Greater Perth area. Nationally, the organisation employs more than 1500 medical and support staff.
Working in a national People and Culture team of 15, this role is standalone locally with administrative and recruitment support. Reporting to the Group People and Culture Manager, your remit locally will cover 170 staff across six sites from Margaret River/Busselton up to Perth. This position offers a blend of office-based work in Mandurah and WFH with occasional site travel.
With support of the HR team, you will partner with a multi-site client group and will engage and support the continued development of the HR service offering.
You will have a solid HR generalist or business partnering background from within the healthcare environment and be capable of achieve outcomes in a time driven environment. Responsibilities will include:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR and experience drawn from healthcare or a similar industry will be preferred. Your ability to understand business imperatives and coach peers / staff towards meeting these objectives will be key to your success.
