A 25-year-old Lakelands man has been charged with assault, after allegedly hitting an Uber driver on Sunday.
About 1.50am on March 18, the 34-year-old driver picked up two men and a woman from a Mandurah hotel and drove them towards Lakelands.

While the car was stopped at the Lakelands Shopping Centre carpark the 25-year-old allegedly struck the driver in the back of his head.
The driver received cuts and bruising to his head.
The Lakelands man will appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on April 17.
