An extensive air and ground search has paid off for Mandurah detectives and police officers, after four people were arrested on a string of charges.
Detectives called in a police helicopter last Thursday to assist in finding a 18-year-old Leda man and 17-year-old Coodanup boy, who were allegedly involved in an armed hold-up.
Mandurah detectives will allege the duo threatened a Mirrabooka man in Pinjarra with scissors and ordered him to hand over a phone, two laptops, a watch, cash and other items.
The man targeted, who was an off duty security officer visiting a colleague at a construction site, handed over the items and the pair fled the scene.
